‘Nambi: The Rocketry Effect’ is all set to release in theatres on July 1 in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and English. The first trailer of the film was released on April 1 and it was well-received. Yesterday, the movie makers have officially released the second trailer of the film.

The trailer was released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam.

‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ is a biopic of the ISRO scientist and Rocket engineer Nambi Narayanan. Madhavan plays the lead role in the film as Nambi Narayanan who aspires to take the country to a higher level with his knowledge of aerospace technology but is treated and shunned because of a false allegation against him as a traitor.

The movie stars Madhavan and Simran in lead roles. Suriya plays a cameo role in the Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam versions of the film and Shah Rukh Khan plays a cameo role in the Hindi and English versions of the film. The movie also has Hollywood actors including Ron Donachie.

Rocketry The Nambi Effect was premiered at the 75th Cannes Film Festival on May 19, 2022, and was critically acclaimed and was praised by the global audience. Union minister Anurag Thakur, filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, lyricist and CBFC chairman Prasoon Joshi and American journalist Scott Roxborough, Global Musician A.R. Rehman and many prominent personalities from around the world witnessed Rocketry being premiered.

The biographical drama is based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former rocket scientist at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), who was falsely charged with espionage and arrested in 1994.
